TopTV covers the main genres including News and Knowledge, Movies, Family Entertainment, Music and Kiddies shows as well as Cultural entertainment.
Can subscribers expect the same channels as on DStv?
TopTV and DStv have similar genres as well as shows and series. However TopTV offers subscribers channels exclusive to the platform.
Do subscribers need a new set top box?
Yes, subscribers need the TopTV STB that is MPEG4 DVB S2 compliant. The STB’s are available from all major retailers across the country.
What makes TopTV different from its competitors?

Will TopTV be commissioning programming?
While TopTV has local content, we will not be commissioning local content yet.
Why can’t I record programs off my Set Up Box?
ODM is bound by the content supply agreements which clearly state TopTV STB’s are not enabled to record off air.
